I Am Blooming! ™
I have been sharing this phrase, "I Am Blooming," for some time now. If you follow me on Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media, you will have seen it.
What does it mean? I have gone through many things in my life, like most people. I have dealt with abuse, abandonment issues, betrayal, and more. I had to learn that all these things sent by the enemy of my soul were being used by God to develop and cultivate a better me.
I had to learn what it meant to live the seed life! The dirt of the devil was turned into rich soil for the Lord to plant me in so I could bloom. But this isn't a one-and-done process. We are continually growing, changing, and being replanted to start all over again.
If you see me, you'll see the flower in my hair as a reminder that I am living the seed life and I am blooming ™ never to be snatched out of God's plan for my life. And I want to walk with you as you find the place where you need to be planted.

What are my qualifications?
I am an educator. I taught college-level courses at a Christian University and created a college-level course for Christian Education (I also taught several undergraduate and master's-level courses). I was awarded teacher of the year in 2012. As an educator, I am continually writing curriculum to train both online and in-person for my church and personal businesses.
I have a doctorate degree in Servant Leadership. I developed a model to train leaders to walk as “whole servant leaders.” This model is currently used to prepare leaders for ordination at Abundant Life Worship Center.
I have written for churches, other publications, and ezines. These articles include devotionals, other study material, and daily living tips.
I have several published books and eBooks; I am an award-winning author [a total of 7 awards].
I am the owner of a coaching company for authors.
I am one of the leaders of a church plant. I am in charge of education and vision at Abundant Life Worship Center.
I am a minister of the Gospel, and I love to help God's people be all they can be in every area of their lives, not only in ministry.
I facilitated candidates in creating a life and ministry plan as they prepared for ordination in a denomination in the state of Illinois.
I led a women's ministry for the state of Illinois. I helped lead the women from different cities and different congregations in Illinois. I was the vice president before I transitioned into the role of the president over this group that served the entire state.
I have mentored teen girls and women for over 30 years.
For several years, I produced a blogtalk radio show called "Dream Makers." We interviewed everyday people living their dreams.
I co-hosted a live show (before there was FB Live or Periscope) with my daughter called Thankful Thursday. We took prayer requests and reminded the body of believers why we needed to be thankful.

* One 3-month Journal. the journal has the assignments associated with the weekly video in the course.
* 2 one-on-one calls (30 minutes each). After answering a questionnaire, a 3 month action plan will be created for you to follow in our first one-on-one. After the completion of the course, we will have one final one-on-one to evaluate your 3 month plan.
*Weekly group sessions where we will discuss the week's assignments. These one hour sessions [sometimes longer depending on the move of the Spirit] will include prayer as well.

LEVEL TWO: Release the Roar While you Soar - TBA
After facilitating several groups through the Eagles Soaring mentorship program, the women led me to create this second module.
What can you expect? This session will also be 3 months in length. You will have a workbook for this session. You won't have a separate book; everything will be included in the workbook. Come expecting to be challenged, stretched, and encouraged to fulfill the goals you set in the first session, as well as discover your voice and how to use it for God's purpose. We will still have our weekly group sessions. There may be some more fun things included in our weekly sessions as the Lord leads, so be prepared for the unexpected. If this is something you believe needs to be your next, you can register for the next group session. In order to register for this mentorship group, you must have done the Eagles Soar sessions.
Prerequisite: Cost $400 for 3 months. You must have attended the first session, I Soar.
